Lookout is a sponsorship management tool for soccer clubs. Hand in hand with specialist sponsorship consultants, we created a tool to extract the database's full potential and help clubs optimize their sponsorships.
Soccer clubs obtain a significant part of their income through sponsorship contracts with commercial brands. Some of the problems we found were the difficulty of managing advertising assets and obtaining global visibility into asset performance to improve ROI.
After working for several years with stakeholders, sponsors and sponsored clubs, we delved into interviews with marketing managers to gain valuable insights to build a tool for helping their decision making process.
We identified three fundamental pillars:
Allow users to manage sponsor contracts in a structured way to have a comprehensive overview of the sponsorship program of the club.
Allow the creation of new contract proposals in a simple way and offer a complete list with the possibility of ordering or filtering by different categories, periods, etc.
Through dashboards we help to look differently at sponsor contracts, giving a clear overview of what is at stake at a glance. New and valuable information and insights emerge.
With different comparative graphs and main KPIs, the dashboards offer a global vision by the sponsor or detailed by assets.
Crossing sponsoring info with an existing database to calculate the ROI of each asset, clubs can improve performance evaluation to support proposals during contract negotiations.
We designed a benchmark tool to discover the full potential of assets and another tool to generate new sponsorship proposals adapted to the sponsor's look and feel.
